That keyboard and the custom cable look great!
If you want to keep the surface of the desk cleaner, consider mounting as much gear as possible either to the wall or to the underside of the desk. For example, mounting the PS5 and the controllers on the underside of the table and putting the monitor on a monitor arm/wall mounting it, would leave you with much needed desk space. A pegboard would also be your friend.
Aside from being a little cramped, this is a very functional setup. Have fun using it!
