   Man, I freaking love Wolfenstein games. They’re just dumb fun and full of cool and goofy stuff like this. Glad you’re enjoying the game OP.

   Yes there’s one in all levels. There should be a mattress nearby and if you “sleep” on said mattress you’ll play a nightmare level aka a level from the original Wolfenstein 3D. Note some are hidden away in an area you might not normally go to, while some are pretty easy to find
