Oh, arch might actually enter into the 2010’s era now!
My prediction – microsoft will develop a windows anti cheat service (because they own many live service and multiplayer games and their next xbox is going to be a pc) that will make use of secure boot and tpm and xbox hypervisor tech. It is successful and third party publishers use windows anticheat service for all their games. Proton and linux won’t have any answer.
