LLC level 1 on MSI is no Vdroop whatsoever. On Auto it should default to level 8, which is the most Vdroop.
Vdroop reduces the voltage under load, which reduces temperature, but this of course may affect stability, so you need to test what’s still stable under full multicore load.
Do you have CPU voltage control on your B760 board? If so, you could also try to undervolt with Offset Mode By CPU or Adaptive + Offset Mode.
