… Settings aren’t causing your CPU to overheat, a poorly performing CPU cooler is to blame. Figure out if that’s your fault or a defective/poorly chosen part.
LLC level 1 on MSI is no Vdroop whatsoever. On Auto it should default to level 8, which is the most Vdroop.
Vdroop reduces the voltage under load, which reduces temperature, but this of course may affect stability, so you need to test what’s still stable under full multicore load.
Do you have CPU voltage control on your B760 board? If so, you could also try to undervolt with Offset Mode By CPU or Adaptive + Offset Mode.
Voltage under load should be around 1.2-1.3v. Reset bios. Preferably by cleaning CMOS. Set load line calibration to auto, CPU lite load to advanced, AC load line and DC load line to 110.
