How do you get the weapons to appear in the slots? 3 play thrus and mine never show up. Am I missing an obvious button?

I’m really really fucking pissed at my game rn. I gathered everything. I suffered through River’s final quest to get Crash. I went through Skippy (yeah, I’m gonna get dismembered for it, but I can’t stand him) quest. I’m yet to get the Archangel which could allow me to complete the wall if not for one thing. Two things actually. First, Overwatch is bugged and has quest marker, which doesn’t allow me to put it on the wall. Second, the quest where you get the Psalm-something is bugged and I never got it. So technically I’m supposed to have all but one weapon which I’ll get tomorrow, but in fact I have two huge gaps in the wall with nothing to fill them with.
