That’s really awesome OP! I like the design a lot. If you do another iteration maybe try making the fins out of metal and integrating them as a heat sink for the CPU!

I actually think your performance would be improved if you blocked the top half of your vents.
That would force the air to come in through the bottom and then travel along all of the hardware and out of the top.
As it is right now, your top cooling fan is just pulling in a bunch of air from the sides directly around it.
