Obviously dead card. The GPU or a VRAM chip needs reballing, which is expensive relative to the card price. It would be cheaper to just sell this for parts and buy a replacement.

Not really. I think there was a plague amongst the 2000 series with Micron memories dying. It’s worth a shot to send it to a repair man. It won’t be cheap but certainly cheaper than buying anything new. Or it’s possible that the memory controller in the chip died in which case it’s RIP but I hope it’s not the case. Usually, repairmans check this by running MATS, a diagnostic software on the GPU and if it reports one certain chip always, then it’s probably simply memory error but if the reported memory chip is inconsistent, they usually say it’s probably the memory controller on the GPU.
