At the end of Ghost town, V and panam goes to the sunset hotel to sleep after a successful mission.

At the bar, V and Panam share some beers and V has the chance to flirt with Panam. I usually play as a male V, so I just assumed the dialogue was the exact same, with her not realizing V was hitting on her.

But recently I decided to do a fem V playthrough. And during the flirting dialogue, panam straight-up says she understands what V is trying to do and shoots her down.

But with male V, she acts as if she doesn't know V is hitting on her. Going on the whole "celebrate? Yeah sure we can celebrate, but not today, I'm beat" dialogue, which again, doesn't happen with fem V bc Panam bluntly shoots her down before that point.

So I guess Panam just purposefully plays dumb with Male V and let's him go on bc she probably already likes him a bit at that point.

It's insane the amount of detail that is in this game. I've been playing since launch and I'm still learning more about this game. I know making the romance options in this game have a set in stone sexuality isn't a feature a lot of people like, but I think it makes them feel more realistic imo.

Uh panam is straight. So she’s making clear from the get go that ur wasting ur time. With male v she plays dumb cuz there is a chance there, so she’s letting it play out.

First time I saw that interaction,I thought she completely understood what V wanted and was trying to clearly say no without saying it.

At first,I thought it was because she wasn’t interested in V,but later we discover the reason is that she doesn’t like “one night stands”.

Reading your post gives context of how Panam actually and completely rejecting someone sounds.

Honestly, I just like how each character has a defined sexual preference and *does not deviate from it*.
It makes them feel far more real.
