yep, anything is a sag bracket really.
As long as it isn’t a conductive material anything will do till you get an official one.

btw, i see you are daisy chaining your pcie connectors, its best to use individual cables for each port on the gpu if possible.

I’ve used rolled up cardboard as a GPU support, so I think this will be fine as long as you prevent it from gliding away!
Replace the top brick with some foam rubber stuff to avoid vibration noises.
I have been running this for 6 years now. Works great.

Lego is one of the toughest things you ever have.
it will outlast everything you got.
Lego bricks are made to last a lifetime, I wouldn’t replace that
Iv done the same thing and mines been fine for months.
Id suggest a tiny bit of blue tac on bottom and top of lego to stop risk of it moving /popping out
Temporary? Just straighten the blocks out so they’re flush with the card, find some black ones if you want it to match. Why pay for a permanent when your temporary does such a nice job

I’ve been using Lego for a temporary GPU support in one of my rigs since 2011.
This is great! No need to change anything. Well, you can slide a piece of rubber under your improvised Lego support If you are worrying it is too short to apply enough upward force. It looks just fine though.
I have used a fucking ice cream stick. Anything works mate
Why waste money if you already have the solution? At best get something made of rubber to improve friction
