Color
Never been a big fan of the all white aesthetic; a bit too hard on the eyes. The jerseys bring in some dark blue; perhaps a bit more of that color?
Also your vibe is going in two different directions with the sports memorabilia, but also the gen-z gamer led lights thing; failing to really nail down one or the other. Perhaps move the jerseys to a different wall? Perhaps consider framing them in those specialized jersey box things; would make them look more appropriate for decoration.
Sorry if I came off as a critical a-hole, I will say nice job cable managing, given the odd placement of the waist high outlet.

personally I wish the desk was longer and deeper. Feel a bit cramped if i were to nitpick.
I think the the jerseys are clashing with the otherwise minimal clean look from the rest of the setup
i think a shorter small tabletop/drawer/idk next to the desk would be perfect to put your pc on top of. It would get rid of the cramped feeling on the des

It might cost some money but those jerseys would look 100x better framed than hung like that. Props on getting the signed McCourty though and – assuming you are a Pats fan – godspeed on living through the rest of the season!

If it were me I’d have a way wider and deeper desk. Maybe a plant or some wood to add some warmth to the space station vibes? IKEA fake plants honestly do the job great and I have a bunch of them in my basement.
try a warm white / beige color lights if you can change the lights colors

The jerseys are ruining the minimalism vibe. To fix that, imo, frame the jerseys probably with white borders. This will force them into a rectangular or square shape that fits the space.
All white is clean but need **something** to provide contrast.
Bigger desk, warmer light, frames for the jersey.
