So my friend sent me a video that on pc for a bit now, everytime he tries to play, it just closes. He uses the same account on Playstation (console) and it works fine but on pc it just closes. Even when he reinstalled it several times. He tried via steam or battle.net. he tried to fix files in steam as well and results. Any tips?

Does he have any mod software open? I had wemod open in the background and it kept quitting the game until I closed it
I had to re install shaders (in graphic settings). That fixed my game crashing. Check if he’s able to get in there and change that real quick

Because it knows he selected 100 brightness. Wtf?
