my first thought is that it looks kinda like flea dirt, but that’s not it since you only really find that on animals
but yeah, second the theory of being related to some kinda bug infestation, definitely give this a massive deep-clean, i’d even look up how to clean the inside of your GPU.
I’m pretty sure you have roaches. The white bits are sheds, they shed their skin to grow like crabs and other crustaceans. Put a glue trap in the pc to verify but I’m 99% sure you have a roach problem on your hands
Edit: after reading the other comments termites seem logical too. Especially after noticing it’s all over the top of your pc as well

I don’t know what these guys are talking about with termite shit and all that but when I first look at it, it seems like it’s a burn maybe your components shorted out or something and caused it to leave a mark
update: found some in the next room over, pest man came and is bug bombing both rooms, says its just ants causing havoc
They make double sided sticky fly strips use one of those on the case around that area

A roach can live off glues and adhesives and live comfortably for a long time in that case
