This is my brothers case. He went to prison in 2016 and it’s been sitting in his room collecting dust ever since. I can not emphasize how huge this case is. He has it on a coffee table. It displays the weather. Still looks high-tech today!

I still use my black one. It’s getting old. I’ll probably replace it soon instead of replacing the not widely used and oversized fans it has. I will miss how easy it is to add or remove drives though. It’s honestly saved a lot of time over the years.

This was my Dreamcase when I was like 14.. they had this military version of this case and I would’ve killed to own it

I remember this thing. It was a hot box if I remember right, but in a time of beige plastic cases, this thing oozed style.

When I powered it up, it would play the audio of a BMW M3 over my speakers, then when I logged in it would play an M3 passing. Freaking loved that PC… then it sprung a leak after a move and went up in smoke. At least I got a solid 5+years out of it.

I would absolutely use that with modern hardware on the inside. it is a breath of fresh air after seeing years of generic “modern” cases

is it cringe now? yes but fuck cases do not have the character they used to have back then. everything is a boxy black thing that probably has rgb. im really hoping the pendulum starts to swing back and we get some more fun designs in the future, i really like the one fractal case with the wood pillars on the front panel. The classic translucent mac would not be released today and that makes me sad
