Great setup and nice cable management! Aesthetically, I would only suggest swapping the drawers for more modern and minimalist ones, but overall, your setup already looks good

looks good, I’d just put the vertial on the other side so it doesn’t catch the light from the window
Very clean and aesthetic. Possible improvements: I am not seeing any microphone and I am guessing that for calls you just use airpods connected to the mac. I hope you are not actually using the mic from the webcam haha. In said case, you may add a microphone to whatever you are connecting your speakers to, I am guessing a hidden controller and in that case it may even be an xlr mic.
Just get some junk monkey chalk paint and do the cabinets in black no sanding or prep involved I’ve painted every piece of furniture in my home with it including my desk
