As someone who fucked his AM4 build by bending pins, I will say I know your pain. Also at least (to me) it seems like setting AM5 is much much easier than AM4. This might be Intel (not the best at telling). Just saying, you aren’t alone. We all feel your pain.

No, the word you are looking for is fucked. However, you might be able to un-fuck the situation if you have a lot of patience and some tools. I use a micro-driver set and tweezers, others recommend mechanical pencils, etc.. No matter what you choose, go slowly and check your work.
