Depending on how big the drives are you could use it as a backup server for your stuff. Or turn it into a porn media server. Otherwise if you can find the specs for it by looking at the mobo for a model number then search online you might be able to cannibalize it for parts.

The drives are marked 2018 and are likely stock. If so it’s probably a i5 gen 6 or 8. If it were me I’d put Linux on it and use it for watching tv while plugged into a tv. You could even sell the extra cards inside of it

I use mine (i5 8500) and a few 18tb hard drives as a NAS and plex/Minecraft server. It handles that and more no problems. 4k HDR on Plex no problem. 2x m2 slots and 3 sata ports. Just enough room over the pcie slots to put a 3d printed HDD tray.
Edit: On second observation it appears you have a slightly different formfactor. Perhaps a slightly older model or different size, but could still be viable for a home server/NAS.

Some office PCs have quite solid specs, and can be made into low end gaming pcs with minimal investment
I’d say, if the memory is DDR4, then its solid, dont throw it out, if its DDR3, you would have to make some investigations, but 80% chance is that it will not be useful, and modding it for gaming will require more money than putting together a brand new low end PC
For example I got my hand on Dell Optiplex 7050 MT, and all I need to do, is switch the PSU for one that has 300W (65$), get a gtx 1650 (90$ used), and an M.2 SSD, and I will have quite a solid PC
