    Or was it added at a later point? Mainly I’m curious if Nacht technically tied Kino for being the first map with it.

    Yup and Verrukt had the Winter’s Howl. It was nutty. I remember installing a hacked profile on my 360 to access the maps before Rezzurection came out.
