I've seen many people claim that it's only possible with AAT's or sth. like this and that it would be the same if not easier in Bo3.
So I did it without, which is actually not a hard thing to do.

Round 40 melee only is easier on Black Ops 3 bro
High Round melee literally always one-shots in Cold War at max upgrade, unless you’re using the Sais.
Throw Shatter Blast on there and you can hit Round 75 without blinking.
Next up: Round 40 fists.
