You are running 1967 FCLK. What’s the problem?
If you can’t lower primaries or it gets unstable then it’s probably FCLK. And then if you go to 3733 you can easily do tCL 14 and tRCDRD 15

Anything higher than 1866MHz FCLK on Zen 3 is above average.
When you are testing FCLK stability make sure to put load on the GPU, both for the extra heat output and activity on the PCI-E bus.
