I have facing issues with my AIO and found out that I was using the 115X one instead of 1700 for the socket (I use LGA 1700 MOBO). Problem is that I have since put the extra screws into the garbage (I'm stupid, ik). I'm thinking about creating a ticket to Deepcool to send me these instead but I need a proper name for this so to avoid confusion. Thanks in advance for answers.

It’s a nut meant to be tightened by fingers. Fingernut? Lol.
You can sub it with a nut from hardware store. Possible that even a small wing nut will work

Looks like a standoff
If the interior is threaded, it’s a nut. If not threaded, it’s a spacer, sleeve, standoff or riser. Since the exterior is patterned to allow gripping, I would guess the interior is threaded and it needs to be rotated to install or uninstall.
