V’s Back Up

Just speculation, but seeing how on all the endings except the devil and PL ones, Alt successfully turns V's soul into an engram, is it impossible to think she made a back up too? I mean she's dealing with a merc who single handedly(at least in one ending) could storm Arasaka, kill Smasher and access Mikoshi. Also it doesn't hurt that on a personality basis, V(mostly) gets along well with Johnny. From an AI's pure logical perspective, V is too valuable to be erased without a trace.
Isn't there a possibility that in the next game we can have V running around in another body with the original dead/not dead?
