So I recently pushed my Corsair b die from 3200c16 to 3800c16 and it’s rock stable, memtest passes every time. No errors on tm5. I tested my CPU too with occt extreme profile and it’s stable. But when I try p95 it crashes immediately. And when I test cpu plus dram on occt it gives me logical core error. Is it because of my negative CO and PBO?

Disable your PBO/CO and retest.
If it fails a test, then it’s not rock solid. P95 I believe is heavier on CPU so you might want to check there.
Run p95 and open Event viewer after it crashes. Look for WHEA Logger ID 18, that log will give you a core ID number and that number is the core that caused the crash (count starts at 0 and each thread is counted as a core, so the 5800x would be 0-15) . This is most likely from the CO being too aggressive, reduce the offset one step at a time on the indicated core until it stops crashing. RAM OC will often destabilize CPU undervolt or overclock that was previously stable, so you’ve basically gotta redo your CPU
