Playstation has outsold Xbox nearly 5 to 1 in Europe, during which people began building their digital libraries. What are Playstation gamers going to do, abandon all their games behind the walled garden of their psn accounts and buy an Xbox? No of course not, they are going to buy a Playstation for whatever price Sony wants to sell it for. This is just to get gamers accustomed to the new price for the eventual launch of the PS6.
Their goal is to target people on the fence of buying a PC at this point. Or thats how it feels to me.
