I think Intel is generally faster in PCmark and similar benchmarks. But it is how it actually games that is important,

Even after all these years of driver improvements that Intel provided, on lightweight laptops I’d pick Radeon 890M anyway. Currently, on a 680M as my travel and couch laptop and it’s nearly perfect.

Who cares? Intel has had the longest running integrated graphics chips of any company, and they still managed to have the absolute worst, most bullshit crap of a graphics driver for 2 decades and counting (Iris). Great I can’t wait to have to explain to another generation of cheap laptop users that their crappy intel chip still can’t support basic crap like modern vulkan/dx.

A bit OT but can we talk about how fucking fast integrated CPUs are today compared to what we used to have back in 2010? I remember in 2008 seeing gta IV and thinking how unimaginable it was for an integrated gpu to run something like that and now we have gta V running on mobile phones apparently lol
