When users on a subreddit for a franchise like that franchise and don’t like it when people call them glazers/ dumb inexperienced children/ blind consumers for, y’know, enjoying the franchise the subreddit is about
This can go back and forth and complain about people complaining about people conplaining about people complaining but like, both sides are getting pissed, don’t act like it’s all one sided.
Y’all are only criticising fairly, and everyone you disagree with is blindly shilling and shutting down any criticism and denying any discussion. This is definitely what’s happening, No room for nuance, no room for people being individuals, everyone you don’t like gets shoved into the categories of “glazer/ child/ consoomer” and therefore their opinion is inherently invalid.
People are spending too much time yapping about why a person themself must inherently be wrong, not why they think the opinion itself is.
There’s a difference between criticism and crying over every aspect.
