Yes if you only grind Clan Wars, it is possible to do so. My highest ever was 50k, and that’s because I had a lot of time that week (a year or so ago), so I grinded all of the nodes except for one SnD node, which is why I didn’t get higher.
I still ended up 3rd cause the 2 others above me were actual clan war grinders, which I really wasn’t. They both had 80k+ points lol
