   You have a very different definition of “budget” than the rest of us I think.

   Tell me you care more about RGB lighting over performance without telling me.
   Could have been a 7600X which doesn’t need an expensive AIO, and you’d have current gen components for the same price. This sir, is not budget this is just naive.
