On paper – yes, but without actual testing for ghosting, input lag, colour accuracy, uniformity you’ll never know. Search for reviews before buying it. If you fail to find any reviews, do a research on other monitors.
P. S. Also the 1 ms on an IPS panel is just marketing, it either doesn’t achieve 1 ms or achieves it only in one mode with terrible ghosting and artifacts.
Looks great in the picture, the man is even coming out of the screen.
