Which map do you prefer? On one hand MotD is the OG and the easy pick, but it is nice being able to run the map as the primis crew on BotD, as well as the visuals. You also have the options to go for the magmagat. I honestly like the expanded eagle plaza w/the wardens house as well. Not a big fan of the new model industries area though.
I will say I prefer the quests to obtain the redeemer & the spoon/sporks in MotD, and I think I prefer the afterlife mechanic as oppose to power switches. The map just feels made for it. I also like the classics, so I prefer the classic perks.
They’re both very fun, can’t go wrong. Two great maps to the aether story.

True zombies fans know the right answer to this. Mob > Blood by a country mile
Blood is a great map, underrated af, but its up against Mob of the Dead, Mob is probably the best map in zombies history
Mob is better. Though I find it interesting the way the maps contrast each other. Mob has a more complex setup with relatively easy quest whilst Blood has an easy setup with difficult and complex quest. Unfortunately, some decisions like map design pull Blood down quite a few points.
Mob- Easy to hop on, incredible story, incredible atmosphere, very fun with mates, afterlife is great, pap quest is iconic. However, limited to do besides pap, and returning to golden gate is a hassle and honestly just an annoyance.
Blood- Great Easter egg for ee enjoyers, magmagat clears acidgat, lots more to do. However, map adds pointless sections, it’s not easy to just “hop” on, constant shield charges are annoying, and pap moving is ass.
Mob is better and easier to hop on, but I’m hoping on blood for the challenge if I’m feeling that.
The limited hardware capabilities of the consoles was an unintended blessing in the development of Mob.

Blood of the Dead is so much better in everyway. Mob is such a boring map to play.
Remasters should add something to the og map, and blood actively makes it worse. Would pick Mob to play with friends 10/10 times

I gotta pick Mob because the first time I collected all the plane parts and flew to the bridge was so satisfying. I feel like the atmosphere, like in the laundry room with the fog, was so perfect. It really kinda had a feeling of dread throughout. It didn’t feel that way with Blood.
