Hmm. My gut instinct is telling me this was stolen by the guy your dad bought it from.
Its just wayyy too cheap. Before anyone says “maybe the owner is rich”…well he wouldnt have only just upgraded now considering the age of some of these parts.

50 bucks is a gr8 place to start and learn from and with a limited machine it will give u a good starting area for learning about game settings and graphics optimisation s before u lay down bit money when ur older =) welcome to the pc master race my friend
