Just noticed this after several playthroughs, I'm curious now if he could be one of those rouge AI that Johnny talks about at the end of the mission. Just find it interesting cause it's the only time I see him other than at the end of Don't Fear (The Reaper). What do you think?

I noticed him and also noticed he already hacked my cyberware because I can’t shoot him in the face lol.

Did you mod to be able to double jump/dash over there? I just played through on vanilla again recently and wasn’t able to.
You can also shoot the guys driving the Van to find a shard with more info and if you look up the ladder they’re climbing you can see a invisible AV
No dude, no one has seen that specific npc after that specific in the game that’s been out for nearly 4 years
