Depending on the mode you’re playing, you can have different honor medals, or whatever they’re called, shown on your name plate when checking the scoreboard, after doing a specific task after a series of that mode. For example, after having the highest K/D in multiple FL/TDM matches in a row, you’ll have it’s respective medal. It’s no longer shown once you play a match and fail to fulfill the certain task. Each mode has different tasks and switching to a different mode(as far as I remember) will not stop the medal from the original mode from showing when going back. Another example, you get a FL/TDM medal and switch to SnD for a few matches. Going back to FL/TDM keeps your medal.

The medals are also only shown in it’s mode.
