If a “classic” mode in zombies actually exists. Grief mode would need to have classic mechanics for it to have that same feeling as BO2. If it has Cold War mechanics, the game is never going to end

Absolutely nothing. I will continue playing the old games that were actually good

really looking forward to the augment system

Hyped to try out terminus and to check out Liberty Fall’s EE for my glorious king Richtofen

Augments, i liked the upgrades in CW but it was stupid you couldnt turn them off at all after unlocking them. With augments theres going to be tons more replayability and you can choose not to use them whenever you want too.

Same as every game, killing a fk ton of zombies with the homies. Launch weeks are always good for me even if the game is bad.

Seeing what Liberty Falls really is. Could be a part-hunting ten-minute Easter Egg, could have a massive hidden Dark Aether underground lab rock-a-fire explosion. We just don’t know.

We got the boys squading up for a COD again for the first time since black ops 3. I’m looking forward to MP. My gf played it and loved it (it’s her first CoD mp). My buddies and I are gonna play the shit out of Zombies regardless of what the negative side of the community says. I didn’t like CWZ at first but then it grew on me over time. I can’t wait to see if we get more Legion-tier boss fights

Side easter egg hunting! Side egg hunting has always been one of my favorite things to do in zombies, and Vanguard and MWZ had veeeeery little in terms of that outside of some notable things like the cosmos blueprint easter egg in the final MWZ rift. The last game that really gave me that drive to find this stuff was Cold War, which had a decent amount of side stuff to find. Treyarch saying that Terminus has the most amount of side easter eggs out of any other map in the franchise (a title currently belonging to Shadows of Evil) has me very excited, and Liberty Falls seems like it might have some cool things to find too once they release

If the beta is any indication the core gameplay should be REALLY fun. I can’t wait for Terminus and Liberty Falls should be fun too, and I’m excited to see where the story goes!

  11. Honestly, the upcoming community custom maps

  12. ruttu124

Cant wait for the camo grind and I’ve always been imterested in the story so looking forward to the easter eggs.

Hopefully having a challenging high round experience on terminus!

Will I get this on gamepass on the day of release or later on?

I’m really excited in general to get hands on new round based zombies

My friend group since high school never had a zombies game to all play together on launch(didn’t buy BO4🤦🏻) so this would be the first time. Me and my one friend are coming off of beating all the BO3 Easter eggs, I did most but finally beating Rev was fire. My other two friends one joined us for Rev and leeched off us 😂getting the rewards, the other hasn’t touched zombies since idek when, maybe BO2-BO3 when he was like 9-12?

So yeah I’m excited for the two launch maps and tryna beat those Easter eggs, it’s also gonna be fun being apart of the “day 1 EE chase” even if I don’t contribute a single step as the EE’s are actually harder this year. I beat firebase Z day one solo so I’ll always have that flex

Campaign and zombies storyline is something I’m pretty excited about

I actually got invested in the whole Dark Aether story so I’m looking forward to the next chapter with the Requiem crew. I’m hoping there’s lots of Intel and that it’s accessible from the menu just like in Cold War. I’m curious to see how gobblegums and the augment system are going to work, as well as the new field upgrade and ammo mod. And I’m still just as excited as ever to play both Terminus and Liberty Falls with their contrasting vibes.

Oh and I gotta say I’m hype for the Cold War story to continue

I liked the idea of world building the future and the past of the story, but man I’ve been waiting on the payoff of them setting up the future of their story for 3 years now

I’m glad they waited for their own game tho, cause we’re back round based full time. Imagine if they tried to continue the story and made vanguard zombies take place after CW 😭

Saving my money, mostly. Also looking forward to the inevitable post-launch ‘BO6 is terrible, if only there was some way we could possibly have known!’ posts

I’m excited to get my first round 10,000 on Liberty Falls. It doesn’t look like that’ll be too hard 😂

In all seriousness tho I’m hyped for this game. I’ll be playing Terminus with the boys and Liberty Falls with my wife.

  22. Taquito01

I’m excited for both maps honestly but mostly Terminus. That map has always caught my eye more than Liberty Falls & I just generally really like the atmosphere & vibe it has. Also I liked the Requiem handlers in Cold War so I’m excited to play as them in game, and I think Maya is gonna be an interesting character as well so overall I’m just eager to see what this new cast is capable of.

Also I was a fan of the story in Cold War so seeing how it continues here is always a nice thing.

Getting high and enjoying the zombies mode without everyone on twitter in my ear complaining about the game and how BO3 is better.

Everyone in the sub to stop crying about mundane things.
