3d printed parts are subject to warping. How do you ensure its perfectly flat since we are using that as reference to hold the CPU and lap the IHS?

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but don’t pretty much all CPUs warp under mounting pressure, thereby nullifying any improvements in flatness this provides? Unless the main advantage is supposed to just be a thinner ihs?
