Best meal I’ve ever had was walking in Seoul down a side street and popped into a clearly family run shop that probably wasn’t about to pass any health inspections in the near future. Ordered the jajangmyon for five thousand won, and it was the best, most delicious meal of my life.
You should absolutely try jajangmyon if you can.
In Korean, it roughly translates to “black bean sauce on noodles” or “noodles with black bean sauce.”
I’ve also tried the Jambalaya from River’s place. Well I looked at a recipe online and it is also delicious
