Not trying to be elitest here but SSD’s are cheap as anything these days. You don’t have to get a top of the line one, but you can pick up a 500GB SSD for less than £30. At that price I don’t understand why anyone would still use a HDD.

A lot of the weirder bugs this game spits out are just things messing up as the engine struggles to load/unload things in a timely fashion. I actually stopped having problems when I realized I had a paging file set aside on an HDD that was dragging everything down despite the actual game being installed on an NVMe. Disabled it, and everything’s been butter ever since.
