    Because you’re the final boss, they’re in a hostile area

    It’d be anticannon to go there and kill everyone, since they didnt want to “program” a response to this. In the lore, you’d get pmuch the entire corpo army on you to erase you from the map.

    If they allowed you to do this in-game, you’d get a dumb 1star cop.
