BO6 easter eggs will be more like bo3s with less prompts, Treyarch hopes the hunts will be longer.

    Where’s this interview

And yeah they’ve touched on this a little when terminus was revealed. People were saying “man they LIED when they put a BO3 magazine on the table!” But they’re clearly trying to find a blend between making the game accessible which they never were able to do post BO2 until Cold War, and tryna make the hardcores have their fun

If it’s true they have the stats and see how few do Easter eggs and allat, they’ve probably came to the conclusion that if the EE’s #restorethefeeling and the gameplay remains Cold War, they’ll be able to satisfy both hardcores and attract new first time players at they wanted to

Side note this is why I fuck with Kevin Drew lmao, mans on a podcast just giving straight gameplay details

Sometimes it takes away the suspense but one of his first things he confirmed was that shopping free isn’t coming on launch, meaning it’s likely post launch

Edit: man keeps reminding us during the Easter eggs “WE ARE NOT SHOOTING ROCKS.”

Just released interview: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kizjDUakDo8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kizjDUakDo8) also confirmed reign drops gobblegum on release and shopping free possibly later, also apparently only 5% of players completed the die machine easter egg which is why they are creating the guided mode.

Remember when Jason blundell blinked Morse code during an interview? Now it’s just Kevin drew not answering any questions based on the rampant criticism about the map. Even if you think the criticism is overblown, there is no reason why it shouldn’t be addressed because it is everywhere.

Gonna have to wait until launch to see if that’s really true. I’m tired of being let down by promises that don’t really pan out well

Just like how they said the game will closer to a mix of bo3 and Cold War gameplay wise, and it’s just Cold War with mwz lmao

  7. The amount of space between walkthrough and shooting random-ass rocks is massive. So I’m glad they are at least trying to get into that middle ground somewhere lol.

Having a checklist and objective markers is not an Easter egg quest. But also… being so ridiculous as the rock step on Revelations is too far. As for adding an optional toggle/mode with instructions? Literally no reason why not. Tons of people already do this just instead have YouTube walkthroughs playing on the side.

Nothing wrong with separating the “hunt” or “puzzle” players from those who just want to complete the EE, regardless of if they figure it all out themselves or have it explained to them by a YouTuber/the game.

Even he knows this game is easy garbage.

If the easter eggs aren’t 2 weeks long then its
    suck/s

They also said the gameplay would be harder than cold war yet people were getting to round 50 on their first attempt….

You guys cannot seriously be that mad just because of Liberty Falls. Hype was so high before seeing gameplay from one map and yeah most of the criticism is valid but does that really justify everyone so being negative and rude towards the devs? They clearly have put a lot of care into this game and Kevin is clearly listening to feedback. I think they deserve a fair shot before making a final decision about how good/bad this game is. So mad about one single map that you are blind to hearing anything else good about the mode. You guys act like treyarch spit on your baby or something lmao
