This is my first pc so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. But the sound of the fan is driving me crazy. The PC runs everything very smooth and I’ve had no issues while gaming, apart from the annoying sound.
Shouldn’t the left fan be spinning at the same rate at the right fan? Is this an easy fix or do I need a new GPU? Is it a non issue as long as I can stand the sound it makes?
any advice is appreciated

The fan bearing is completely blown. So the fan is no longer constrained to it’s rotational axis causing imperfections to make it wobble as it speeds up banging the sides (making that noise) slowing it down and causing the controller to stop its motion and restart it. The only fix is to replace the fan.
Take out the GPU and see if anything is rubbing the fan as it spins
Need a new cooler.
Time to replace the GPU. Good thing it’s 2024 and they are now affordable
Your fans look very dusty. Try taking the GPU out and blow compressed air see if its just dust trapped in between the fan and bearings.
Search for dust, if not the problem then replace the fan
Throw the PC in the trash and start over.
Check temps. RTX cars stop their fans at below 60c. So if that side of the GPU is going from 59 to 60 back and forth the GPU is turning the fan on and off. Had something similar happen to one of my computers. I recommend a cleaning 🙂

Put it in rice.
My fans did this, I had to manually set the speed to at least 55%. Sometimes the GPU temp is low enough they turn off, but that makes the temp go up so they turn back on… creating a loop. MSI afterburner can be used to create a profile and set the speed. It also has some other useful features like system monitoring for temps and clock speeds.
