Is my GPU actually dead ?
It's a radeon RX550 sapphire pulse that i bought second hand.
After replacing the paste on the die and putting it back on, I ran my "benchmark", which ended up running 20°C lower than before, for about a minute until i saw artifacts then the image was frozen forcing me to restart the PC. I hadn't thought much of it as those kinds of symptoms were similar to an overclock with the core clock set too high (1250mhz in this case). I recovered the PC witout issues every time those OC experiments crashed, and i guess putting a stress used to be the trigger for these kind of crashes. But this time the gpu never recovered from that, basically all my attempts did not end up booting, and the only 2 times the system booted its artifacting (one of these attempts is the video). I could not replicate this boot as i said earlier all of the other tries did not end up booting. Though the fan is spinning every time. When putting my older R7 240 back on the PC is running without issues.
I've already removed and put back on the CMOS battery, and i'm unable to tell if that did something, but both of the boots happened after i let the gpu unused outside of the case for a night.
Keep in mind that a third party repair would not be worth paying for a gpu that cost me only 40$ to begin with.

Looks like gpu is dieing. Or its memory.
