Well, sounds good, but do not believe, that a used-games marketplace will ever come:
“This means that when a copyright holder sells a copy and grants the customer the right to use it for an unlimited period, the distribution right is exhausted, allowing for resale.”
It is more likely, that publishers simple will not grant access for an unlimited time period anymore. Remembers me on included DLC codes in games that have an expiration date. As well at least one company already talked about, that gamers do not own anything they buy today.
