I use a v-shaped LED diffuser for stuff like that. It does take some installation to get it in right.

Raceways are a good cheap option that are easy to install, the wider ones diffuse them really nice but its an eye soar when the led lights are off

Diffuser channels will tone those down, or use crown molding (foam) that points the LED’s at the ceiling for a less direct light.

Yes, take them down. Get warm lighting instead. Nah but they have diffusers you can buy on Amazon that aren’t too expensive. Just make sure you read reviews because some will have photos and they may not look that great.
