take a look at the left side of the graph, you can see what looks to be equations, i failed in school so i couldn’t tell you what any of these formulas are referring to but finding out could be a huge help. think about the hypercube, that’s an equation we are trying to figure out, but what if we have to first solve those equations on the side for the big one. one super big treasure hunt. where finding out one equation gives the hint for the next one, and so on. maybe we can find out what the variables K and N stand for and how to use it in the hypercube.

They seem to be visual representations of equations, the one on top left below the hypercube, for example, represents a wormhole.
I’m guessing these are meant more as some kind of hint, it’s possible the information/coordinates we are looking for need to be arranged similar to the cubes or overlayed onto eachother like the stacks. Or both
