Hot take- episodes 1-7 are a 5~/10, and episodes 7.5-10 are a solid 9-10/10. If you are into shows with high impact endings but meddlesome beginnings, give this one a go.

I watched it and immediately started a new run built around a sandevistan. It’s a fantastic miniseries
It’s definitely not the best cyberpunk anime out there and a bit naive, but it’s alright. 6/10
