Ok, so I'm not counting dedicated retro PC parts. This is for parts in PCs that are running modern applications. For me it's this Corsair TX750w power supply that I bought new back in 2008ish. Still used most days in my wife's PC. Well, was, I've just replaced it for a slightly newer AX760 unit.
When I upgrade something, I normally put the old part into another PC. For example, if I get a new graphics card in my main PC, I'll put my old one in my HTPC, the graphics card from the HTPC I'll put in my wife's PC and so on. So I end up with components lasting a very long time.
Just upgraded this power supply and was shocked to realise that it was 16 years old! These old Corsair units were built like tanks. Quite sad in a way as this was part of the very first PC that I built myself and I'm sorry to see it go. The only part left of that original build is the case that houses my HTPC.

psu. some psus can last 10+ years completly fine
Power supply for sure. I’ve got mostly all new parts, but I move the PSU from system to system, case to case.
If you could my NAS I still have an old i7-3770k doing good work running Unraid.

I have a rosewill 1300w lightning in my PC lol, it’s definitely over 10 years old.
My brother had a TX650 from around 2010, but sadly it died after 9-10 years and took a stick of RAM with it.
As for my oldest component, I use a 1TB external HDD from 2008/9 as an off-site backup. I don’t run it every day, but if several highly unlikely things went wrong, that HDD would be the only place that has my data including 20 years of photos and all my work projects.

The sound system (1990) is a Sony reciever from when I was a kid, running through either bookshelf speakers on my desk or floor speakers (to rock out to).
The DVD RW drive from ’10?
Up until recently I was still daily driving a laptop with an i7-4900MQ from 2013. I do still have my Minecraft server running with an i7-4790K (2014), and an OCZ ModXStream power supply from 2008.
Not a high quality PSU by today’s standards, but it was an alright midrange unit back then.
I built my first PC in 2000, and selected this red Logitech optical mouse to replace my rollerball one. I used that until two years ago, I upgraded to an MX master 3s.
I don’t know why it took so long to upgrade, the thing just kept working and I was used to it.

Well does this count? My speakers for my computer are vintage 1990s JBL L1’s driven by a circa 1980 Pioneer SX-3600 receiver. (otherwise it is about a tie beween my computer case NZXT H630 (2014) and my Filco MT2 TKL from around the same time.

I have a Western Digital HDD that’s either from 2010 or 2011.
I did move important stuff off it because I don’t really trust it anymore haha I still use it for videos

Been upgrading since the first ryzen cpu, I’m up to a 5600x and a 6800xt graphics card. Only thig that is the same is the motherboard, and ram

Logitech 110, I got it to replace a cheap hp keyboard that came with my 3rd pc. I bought it around 2005-06. Since then it outlived 3 pc’s(currently i use it for last two years with my 4th). This thing is amazingly sturdy. It never skipped a beat- and it went through my second heavy gaming period. The first one was in the second half of the 90’s. I bought it with g5 Logitech mouse. Sadly the mouse died in 2013 i was actually sad for a moment. A few years back I was looking for a replacement as I felt it might stop working- but it didn’t. At this point i believe it will work at least few more years as a don’t game that much any more. I just realized that next year that keyboard might turn 20 years. Btw- the key caps are still in perfect condition.

Dude! Ive told the tail of my tx750 many times on reddit. I used it in 3 builds over the course of about 13yrs and it was still going no problems. I replaced with a modular corsair. Will only buy their psu’s now

My boot drive is still the 2.5″ SATA SSD that I bought when I first built my system.
An 8tb HDD WD Black I bought a few years ago, outside of my cooking fans it’s the only real moving mechanical part left in my PC.
That or my AIO CPU cooler that I haven’t gotten around to replacing yet.

Surprisingly my 2TB HDD that dates back to 2005ish when 4TB was the largest size you could get.
My main Pc ? Windows 7 by far .
If cases count, my Cooler Master HAF X.
I will be using it until ATX is no longer the standard.
For actual internal components, my Corsair H105 AIO.
It’s going on 9 years now and simply refuses to die or degrade.
I had planned on replacing it for an Arctic unit, but when I eventually upgrade to AM5 I will be just buying a bracket for it in the name of science.

My keyboard. I have a Saitek Eclipse II. The blue LEDs are dying and the lettering is a bit rough. But I’ve been using it over 10 years and I’m carrying on the tradition.
Headset – $60 Astro A10s, I hear negative things about them, but they’ve served me well for 6.5 years now!
Keyboard – $10 Logitech K120, multiple years old, pretty sure it replaced an identical one
Otherwise, my EVGA 1070 from 2017 is running in my brother’s PC, and my case/mobo and some other parts are still in my 2019 PC that I recently upgraded.
