Thats ridiculous. The number of times I die to bots like that, that hit perfect shots on hipfire. All we can do is try to be smart. Try to smoke that to break AI or should’ve thrown a termite, or throw some shoulders there. But yeah we’re fucked.

I get the tinfoil theories, and putting aside claims of EOMM etc. for a second, let’s not forget that there is a statistical chance of the enemy getting lucky and a sufficient number of the bullets in his spread hitting OP to kill him. Encounter this scenario enough times and eventually you’ll get the scenario posted here.
