It may not be wise to generalize based on an individual sample, but in my experience, 1.9v+ in 100% safe for A-Die DDR5. Basically been ran for 2 years still working like-new with ZERO signs of degradation.

Out of curiousity, what sort of speeds / timings are you running with this much voltage? Or are you just sending er’ for science? I also assume you’re water cooled to handle that sort of voltage thermally.
