Flip and shake? Idk honestly most of the ideas I have only work if he’s not stuck and still alive (to me it looks like he got stuck and died since there was no response to poking him with a spoon but sometimes life finds a way). I’d try finding your case model and seeing if there’s a way to disassemble it to get access to that part, but seeing as it looks like an old cooler master I doubt there is one.
If said frog is in fact no longer on the mortal plane you’ll probably just have to get some kind of thin stick and *scoop out* the remains.
If you’ll excuse me I’m gonna go clean my PC again because writing that last part was very unsavory.
