Understandable though, you could spam free demos to upcoming games to blot out the competition and use it to advertise yours
Well when most companies today charge 60+ euro for unfinished games. You kind of want to play demo of it to see if it worth you time and money.
So I can understand demos get their on tab see we can try the game before we give them any money which means they will get less money because we will instantly see if the game is shit or not.
It’s funny seeing people post what theirs looks like. You can easily tell who has nsfw content on and who has it off (you have to manually turn nsfw on)
Long overdue. All those “Teasers”, “Demos”, “Preview”, “Prologue”, ect. clogging up the free category are annoying. It’s great to see that some companies care about releasing a demo nowadays at all, or a benchmark like the Wukong game did. But they need to be separated from actual free games and made clearly visible as not full games. Some are clearly misleading just to promote their game.
