I have a bunch of these lying around since they came with my tube of MX6. Planning on delidding my CPU, wondering if it is safe to use these instead of isopropyl alcohol to clean the PCB post delid.

Yes. It’s probably just an isopropyl alcohol pad. You can get generic ones at the drug store [by the hundreds](https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-alcohol-prep-pads/ID=300447411-product) for much cheaper than fancily packaged “PC ENTHUSIAST” versions. Normally you would want 90% or more alcohol, but I use things like this all the time and have never had an issue.
